Arugula and Sun dried Tomato Bread Salad

Prosciutto, artichoke, Parmesan, arugula with balsamic on ciabatta (it’s a sandwich!)

Roasted Vegetable Lentil and Chickpea Salad

Menu: Friday Feb 12th (12.00/person)

Brined Grilled Pork chops with roasted apples and mustard glazed fingerlings

Walnut Arugula Pesto Pasta baked with roasted winter squash and mozzerella

Sheperd’s Pie: lamb, pees and leeks topped with heavenly mashed potatoes

Weekly quiche: roasted red bell pepper, basil, and potato
